The Thunderbolt is held up because the Iphone 5 is rumored to be 4G as well. Seems very interesting to the say the strong accusation of you know............................................ maybe part of the deal/contract with Verizon by Apple was maybe.................................. We will be the first 4G/LTE phone understand!?!?!?!?!............. Verizon board of directors "YES SIR."

I got this for $650 about 3 1/2 months ago, not the current list price (except mine came with an i5, not the AMD one).

Sorry, that isn't an $1100 processor, or worth the single step up in resolution.

Edit: And I'm not saying the Macbook Pro is bad, but for WHAT YOU'RE PAYING there's no reason my 3+ month old laptop should have almost identical specs at 1/3 the cost. Also, since that's not what we're here for, I'm not going to argue about it anymore, although I welcome a response.

Except it doesn't. The new MBPs would eat your laptop alive thanks to their SandyBridge processors.
