Verizon update sent to phone, updated accidentally now phone is frozen was rooted

My phone was rooted and on the most recent Verizon software update sent out, I accidentally clicked ok. The phone now boots into the Verizon logo, stalls for a few minutes, then restarts.

If I try to go into recovery mode, it shows a yellow triangle which says "Downloading..." under it and says "Do not turn off Target!!!" at the bottom, but will not go past this.

Any help?

This is what I believe is the proper way to get into recovery mode. I believe you are in download mode.

Hold Down Volume + & -, then hold down the Power Button. Hold them all down for about 4-5 Seconds after the SAMSUNG screen shows. Then you will be in Recovery.
To control, use the Volume + & -
Press the Home Key for your selection
Menu Key goes back to the "!" Screen and vice versa.

Appreciate the help! I ended up finding a DI01 Odin fix all file and loaded it. The phone is now back to stock.

Follow the [How to] Flash Full package DL09 and Stock DI01 via Odin thread. Should get ya all straightened out.

personlay i would stear clear of the DL09 "upgreade". dj05 addresses the same issues and doesnt screw up your phone. maybe you should go crazy and flash super dark, go all non stock.
