Verizon updates?

What was/is the progression of Verizon kitkat OTA updates for the S5? NCG, NE9, NHA, NI2 ?

That update killed my battery! I had to system restore it and I have spent so much time putting it back together and idek if it's worth it. Worst part is they don't seem to care.

Killed my phone too. Never been the same. My battery loses power quick, takes forever to load things..... But Motorola said there was nothing they could do.... Which is b.s.
