Verizon Visual Voicemail

Hi,

I'm on Verizon and just switched to a RAZR 2025. Everything is good except I can't get the Visual Voicemail tab to work. I'm using the Google Phone app because the standard phone app does not work on the front screen. I've set the visual voicemail option and gone through every trouble shooting step I could find online. Even did an online chat with Verizon - no luck so far. Before I pound my head some more, does anyone using this phone on Verizon have this feature working?

Are you using free or paid visual voicemail app? When I used to have Verizon I needed to have the paid visual voicemail in order to use that app feature. I no longer have Verizon, so I'm not sure if there are any changes to the visual voicemail app.

At some point in the process it says I was getting a 90 day trial to the paid version, but historically I have not used the paid the version and it worked fine. Last phone was a Pixel 8. My wife used the free VV on her Motorola and now on her new Pixel 10 Pro

The standard phone app does work on the cover screen. It's a screen you add.
