Verizon Voicemail notification issue

I have recently factory reset my Nexus and now I am not receiving notifications for Voicemail. Any suggestions?

I have recently factory reset my Nexus and now I am not receiving notifications for Voicemail. Any suggestions? Maybe it removed you from your account? Go back in to Verizon and fix things up there. Sorry if this sounds vague. Just my best educated guess
