App crash caused display issues with a few apps. Anyone know a fix?

My device crashed during a large FTP transfer. After rebooting, the touch functionality stopped working on all screens. Following a hard power-off, touch is working again, but now the FTP and the Directv app will no longer switch to landscape mode.

I’ve already tried a full uninstall/reinstall of the app, as well as toggling the “force landscape” and auto‑rotate settings.

Any help would be appreciated.

AYN Thor. I believe they only have 1 model of the Thor device.

I sent them an email on Friday. Not expecting much if anything from them due to the language barrier. I have a feeling that they will recommend a factory reset costing me hours of setup and customization.

Active yes. I posted the same thing there Friday (1.5k views) and no replys. Could this be an issue with the apps manifests? I really dont want to wipe the whole thing over two misbehaving apps.

Difficult to say, since this is a niche piece of tech. Unless there are other Thor enthusiasts here, I'm guessing you won't get a lot of useful advice from us.

Try safe mode see if everything works then exit out ?

A crash like this usually means factory reset but some things came back like touch
