Got the security update and now I am constantly getting "tap to change usb options" notification, when nothing is plugged in the usb port.

I got that a while back. Tried many many "solutions" but in the end I had to get a replacement phone. It's a known issue with LG phones. I was told the charging port goes bad. I started getting the usb message..within a couple of days I couldn't charge...had to keep switching batteries. Even then the usb menu message popped up at all times of the day and night for no reason. I have Verizon...tech coach made me do a hard reset and when that didn't work they replaced the phone. Good luck...that whole thing was so frustrating!
