Take this with caution. Just went to my corporate store here in Valparaiso Indiana and they said they're going to have both the 16 and 32gb available tomorrow. I asked 3 times even asked the manager. They all reassured me both will be available. I'll find out when I stop in. Fingers crossed.

Not exaggerating in saying that was a very poorly conceived and executed PR effort.

Regardless of how much value Latino-marketed shopping experience may offer, there was simply too much expectation that a "big" announcement would be included. In the absence of that news, you just don't schedule this kind of event. A press release would have been appropriate.

Regardless, I'm picking up a GS4 tomorrow (full retail to preserve unlimited data) to replace my Verizon GNex. Even if an HTC One was announced, I don't have confidence that a company as troubled as HTC will be around to support it. Lack of a replaceable battery and the One's button configuration are also deal breakers for me.

"Separate but equal" seems to be fine, as long as it is the minorities that separate themselves.

(I make that comment jokingly, but honestly, there is a difference between that and being forced into "separate but equal" polices)

I have to agree on in no way racist but damn if we would have gotten a shopper experience created for white people there would be a uproar and sometimes when I call customer service or go places Spanish is the first language and you have to find the option for English, for the record my ex wife is Spanish and both my kids are half, not racist just think it's silly
