motorola razr hd ^_^
The 4.1.1 update already got pushed. You should either receive an update notification, or if not, go to settings, about phone, and system updates. It will search for the update and you can install it there.
Yup it says the model number is XT925 which I checked online and says it's the HD one. The box says razr HD 4GLTE.Are you sure you have the RAZR HD and not the original DROID RAZR?

To check your current version: Settings > About phone > go to the very bottom and it will tell you what Android version you have. If you have the RAZR HD/Maxx it should be 4.1.1. If not, try Settings > About phone > System Updates
Yup that's totally what I tried to see what andriod version I have and I did press system updates and it says my device is up to date! no update is necessary at this time. But the android version it showed here says 4.0.4 though. That's why find it weird when everyone says theirs can be updated to 4.1.1.
Does the location matters ?

Xt925 is not a Verizon phone I don't think....that is gsm and that would not get the same update that the Verizon razr hd would get....the Verizon on is xt926....not 925
ah...alright...thanks ^_^ but you know what's the difference between 925 and 926? also 4.0.4 an d 4.1.1?
Android version 4.1.2 is available and I got it updated
