Don't be so sure about that!! I dumped my p20 pro after just 2 months because of the lack of 3.5 jack and that dreaded notch. !!! I hated it that much !!!

Yeah, I think, since you can do that, the notch is barable. Maybe they make this option out of developer settings in 9.1 and make a regular option!

And Software Blacking out the Notch too, does 'not' look as bad as most expected it to be.
