Hi,
I'm not a super "tech-savvy" person but after some research, here's what worked for me:
Go to settings, then location. It will list apps in your phone that have most recently requested your location. In my case, it was a Charlotte Russe app (never would have suspected). Upon further thought/research, the message began after I downloaded that app. I also found out that it did use geofences (whatever that means). That process is apparently not uncommon in apps these days as a way of marketing.
I uninstalled the charlotte russe app and the error messages stopped. It was that simple.
I'm sure that if it turned out to be an irreplaceable app that you could do more research into counteracting/turning off whatever is causing the message in order to keep the app but this was my immediate and simple way to fix.
