Very high background data uses

Very high background data uses..no matter how i try to restrict the apps. Even disabling some..this phone is stripped to the bare bones no 3rd party apps..still 43 apps using very serious data uses.Please help.

I have LG dynasty tribute with 7.0. Bare bones..no 3rd party apps. 16 gig phone..even got rid of some apps that came with the phone that i didn't use. Still 43 apps using very high background data no matter how i restrict them or disable them. I only use gmail call text Firefox YouTube and call of duty mobile..thats it nothing else. Andriod os uses the most at 587 mb in 3 hours.the other 42 background apps data in a very high range as well. Please help. Or recommended the best anti hacking app or security or malware app please. Thank you.

Have you tried restricting background data (Tap Mobile data >Restrict background data)
