Wife's s6 edge only has I bar while my Stylo has 5.Hers says 4g dropping down to 3g while mine says 4g lte.Yes I have the settings right.Also we just switched from MetroPCS where they did the same thing.Now today went with Cricket.Does she have a bad phone or are the s6 all like that?

No, not all S6's are like that. You could try contacting her service provider - she might have a damaged sim. Failing that you could look at getting a replacement phone encase the S6 is a lemon.
