VERY Low Volume on Calls

I am having a horrible time hearing callers on my Note3. Even when I press the amplify button on the call screen I can barely hear the caller! All other sounds are fine. Is there any way to fix this? I haven't seen this problem in the forum before.

Is the sound ok on speakerphone or wired/Bluetooth headsets? If so, then the problem might be with the earpiece speaker itself.

Yeah, the sound on everything else (that comes out of the speaker on the bottom of the phone) is great, but in call volume sounds like the caller has a pillow over their mouth. Is it repairable?

You'd probably have to bring the phone to a repair shop, or contact a Samsung service center for that.
