Very Slow when installing new app

Over the past few weeks, I have noticed that most apps take nearly 5 mins to install. This used to be much faster. I have rebooted multiple times since this started.

Suggestions?

Can't be sure which patch caused it, but I also noticed my app updates are way slower than before. I know different app updates can have different sizes, but overall it is really noticeably slower than it used to be.

Previously I can have 3-4 apps downloaded and installed in a minute. Now it can take a minute or more to install one.

I've noticed there are certain times when multiple fast phones in our household are slow to update or install apps from the play store. The phones always have issues at the same times, and even though it's not that often, it seems to be directly related to busy times like weekends. It pretty much seems like it's a Google server issue.... I wouldn't blame your phone unless it's been doing it 24/7 for a long time.

Any security/antivirus apps installed?

Yes, on WiFi and data is not slow. I have not installed any antivirus or extra security apps.

What version of Google Play Services is the phone on? Mine is 19.6.29.
