Viber messeasges recovery

I have recently bought a new phone. I use Viber as my application for chatting. I have installed it on my new phone and none of the messesages are there. I went on the old phone and Viber reset (promted me to enter phone number). Is there any way to recover all my lost files.

If they've been removed from the old phone, and you didn't have them backup up somewhere else, then I'd have to say no.

Is there a way, like Recuva and other software exist on Windows? @PJRed2008

You would have to root the old phone and then install recovery software. But, as you said Viber was reset, I would assume all user data was removed when that happened.
