Viber touch screen not working

Hi All,

I have a galaxy note 3 and have been using viber for quite a while. Just recently viber has not let me play my conversations through the speaker phone. The app works fine until I make a viber call then the screen does not respond to touch, the call still works fine but the touch screen does not respond. Any ideas?

Hi

did you have any luck fining a solution i have the same problem on my Samsung note 2 .

tried uninstall and reinstall and i tried different versions of viber

the same problem still happens

someone please help
