Vibrate issues

On the Nexus 6p, with Nougat developer preview 5, if you have your phones settings on vibrate mode it doesn't seem to work for me. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I can't figure out how to stop it from vibrating.

Mine doesn't vibrate for alerts coming in. Only sounds off when I want the phone to sound coming in.
