Is their a way to increase or decrease the intensity of the vibration of the phone.

I gonna go out on a limb and say there is no way for us to directly adjust this. The only way I can think even remotely of changing the intensity is by changing the voltage going to the vibrating mechanism. This would probably require being rooted.

Again, this is all speculation...

You can change the duration of the haptic feedback of the keyboard under keyboard -> advanced settings if that helps
