Vibrate

My Samsung Galaxy S3 (not rooted or anything like that) will simply NOT vibrate.

If you press the volume button down, it doesn't vibrate. If I try the 'patterns' no vibrate.

She noticed this earlier today. I even installed the latest update, same issue. Before I reset the device completely, any ideas?

It was my Missus S3, and it seems to have been a hardware issue. AT&T replaced it and they did mention that they have received quite a few returns because of this. Rather interesting...
