Vibration at shutdown...

I've turned off all the vibration I think I can but it's still there at shutdown. Any help or even just an explanation as to why on earth they set it to vibrate when the phone shuts down.

That's normal for Android devices.. you can't stop it. Not to sound disrespectful... is there a reason why it matters? Again.. I'm asking because I'm wondering.. not to be a jerk.

I appreciate that. Thanks for answering. I just don't want to waste battery life and it's frustrating because I can't see any reason for it.
