Vibration feedback when using keyboard disappears

So right after installing ICS the vibration feedback tends to disappear when sending a text, email, or anything involving the use of the keyboard. It returns after a while but is annoying.

Anyone know a fix to this? I factory reset right after installing ICS but that didn't help.

I went through the same thing when I was on Gingerbread. Once I upgraded to ICS it was fixed.

I had the same issue. The way I fixed it was clearing the cache and that seemed to work for me. I have been going strong for a few weeks now without issue

That's worth a try, how does one clear the cache? Is this different from the factory reset?
