my vibration isnt working in anything, rings, *#0*#, boot, etc.

expect for recovery mode, in recovery mode its fully functional.

formating, reinstalling whole rom doesnt work, seems its a kernel level.

any help is appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you also try it in Safe Mode? When is it vibrating in Recovery Mode? I've never had any of my devices vibrate in Recovery. Or do you mean it vibrates when you boot up?

Not familiar with this device, but since it's not stock firmware have you tried contacting the Dev of that Rom ? They going be only ones to help you with that .

You have the note 3 neo, for some reason I thought remi note lol.

Have you tried safe mode?

yeah, ive got the old android 4.4.2 on it, then i knew that android 5.1.1 launched for the European version of the phone, then i flashed the European version, and luckly i got the sim working using the European rom.

edit: it was working perfectly in the new rom, expect when i tried to install a custom rom, backup the existing stock 1, flashing the custom rom, i didnt love it, so i restored the original 1 and boom. no vibration.

Yeah that would be hard for any of us here to help , best contact the Dev of that custom Rom , but being this phone running that old of Android version I hope this not your daily phone.
