Vibration not working

[Android Central Question]

I received my Galaxy watch yest but when I get a text or a notification (the little orange for appears on the home screen) the watch doesnt vibrate. Ive checked that everything is turned on as it should be and still no joy. Please advise. Thanks. Aideen

A faulty vibrator?

Does it vibrate whe you go into settings>Sound Mode , Volume, Ringtone >Vibration intensity ?

If you toggle between light and strong it should vibrate.

That at least would check if you have a "faulty vibrator"
