When the phone is in Vibrate mode, I get vibration notifications for all the apps that are set for it except the Samsung Message app and Facebook Messenger.
It has been working fine since I got the phone in April, and stopped yesterday.
I have checked my settings, restarted, cleared the cache, turned Power Saving Mode off, and run a virus check.
Aside from going back to factory condition, is there anything else I can try?
