Vibration obnoxious?

Just received my 3t and I noticed right away that the vibrating motor is really loud. Almost like it's rattling something loose. The Vibration itself doesn't seem that strong for how loud it is. Is anybody else noticing that it's noisy or do I have a bad unit?.. Well not bad maybe but just a little off.

I agree, I placed it on table during a work meeting and it went off with a really annoying vibrate sound. Yet if I can't feel it go off in Pocket
