Vibration of phone stops working when it gets cold on my pixel

So I found a wierd issue with pixel. When its cold out the vibration on the phone stops working. I have another on the way to see if that fixes it but as soon as it warms up again it starts working again. This was in weather between 34-40 degrees. Was at a football game. Then was outside again on a different day and the same thing happened.

interesting -- the temperatures here are dropping now -- i'll see if it happens to mine.

Got my new one and it seems to work fine, wonder if the tolerances were to small and the cold caused compression.
