Any way to test??

Phone not vibrating been all through the setting. Haven't dropped or anything like that. How can I fix?

So moto replaced this phone in feb of 2018. my warranty ended last year as it is only 90 days on factory replacement. They want me to pay $150 but did offer a 25% discount to send my phone back and they will replace? a phone should last longer than 14-15 months. this is ridiculous!!

I agree, phones should last longer than that. But like any other hardware, things fail and break eventually. Their warranty is 12 months, like most every manufacturer. We can't expect them to replace or repair for free once the warranty is over. Like a car.....if the engine dies 2 months after the warranty expires, the car company doesn't fix it for free, once the warranty is expired it's expired.

What about local repair shops? Any good ones near you that might be cheaper?
