Vibration Patterns and Contact list in Messaging

1. After creating a custom vibration pattern, is it possible to delete it. I long press only to find "rename."

2. Is it normal for the screen to be slightly brown when you are sending a text and the contact list is pulled up. That list appears on a faint brown screen.

I am thinking it is normal because it is so brown. If it were a mistake it would be close to black is my thinking

I know of all the screen probs in Europe, and even tho I havent heard of any in the US, I wanted to ask
