Vibration Strength

As I said in another thread, I'm thinking of getting the ZW3 (I already have a ZW2).
I notice that some here are complaining about the vibration being too weak. I'm not sure if that's accurate or if it's common, but I was looking online and found this app that might help:

Does anyone use it or can vouch for it making a difference?

Edit: Did a little more reading online and it looks like this app does indeed help.
