Vicious Jelly Bean Boot Loop

I tried to flash Vicious Jelly Bean on my Galaxy Nexus and not it's stuck on the screen that has Vicious Logo and the scrolling bar at the bottom. I can't get the phone to load. Can you please help me out. I think I bricked my phone!

Oh and I tried to put it to recovery mode and I get the red triange

Did you wipe data, format cache and wipe dalvick cache?

How did you flash the ROM? I ask because if you are getting the Android with the red triangle when trying to boot to recovery then you are looking at stock recovery.. you need a custom one to flash anything.

Also as was said you need to do a full wipe when flashing any new ROM, meaning:
Wipe data / factory reset
Wipe caches
Wipe system / Format system

If you can't resolve it you can always recovery your phone just flashing the factory images via fastboot.. check the Restore to Stock thread for instructions or you may use Wugs toolkit to do it for you.
