Video and navigation voice problem over Bluetooth on galaxy s 7 edge

Hi I'm new here.
Need help with problem,
Every time I'm using Google map navigation, or wotching videos over Bluetooth headset, audio braking up and video freezing.
I have this problem on too deferent phones s5 and s7
Always need reboot phone but 5 minutes later problem starting again. cleared cache, factory reset didn't work.
Maybe some of instolled application making problem but i don't know how to figure out which one

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28008

If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.
