Video/Audio playback problem

I have Moto Z with latest Nougat update. I have periodical problem with Audio/Video playback in Chrome browser that requires phone restart.

The problem is when I press start play button on video or audio it plays for 1/10 of second and stops. I press play again and again 1/10 second playback and stop. The only solution I found so far is to reboot the phone and then video plays fine for a while.

Any ideas what can it be?
