Video Call

Am trying to video call a friend who is using his home network as well, however it immediately shows would you like to voice call cant connect video call

Is anyone having any success using video call function. Not using skype or anything else just the standard video call function

must say ive never done a video call.
maybe its a network problem.
why not both go on Google+ and do a Huddle (video chat)?

it only works if your buddies phone supports video calls and it uses the cellular network not wifi unlike the sheeples phone. Mine works fine if I call my sons Nokia but doesnt work if I call Iphones
