Video calling greyed out

Does anybody know why Verizon video calling cannot be activated on my Verizon S21+? Nobody at Verizon can figure it out. It has been like this for about 8 months. I do have video calling enabled on my account. Thanks.

You have carrier model or unlocked version?
I know they phasing that out do to Google duo integration

I have the carrier model. I went to the Verizon store and every single Galaxy there had video calling enabled. Why would that be if they fazed it out?

They added Google duo now

I know and all of the phones on display had Google Duo pre-installed. But carrier video calling was still enabled.

I know Carrier models had this feature but since Verizon cant figure this out im going assume it was taken out , like i mentioned Google integration with Samsung with Google duo had something to do with it
