video calling on turbo and compatible devices

I can't seem to get video calling to work. I have a turbo, my gf the iPhone 6. I enabled voice over data I. Her settings and added advanced calling on the account. We can speak in HD but the camera options don't work at all. Always says she can't receive video at this time. Also in the dialer, there's no option to start as a video call.

That is because iPhone 6 is not able to do video calls, only HD voice. Sorry apple users. ..

Apple iOS do have Video Calling for years...it's called Facetime!!!

It's because of Apple's "my way or not at all" approach. From the beginning, they've operated on the belief that consumers have no idea what they want and must be told. The basic tenets have somewhat softened in recent years but only when it was either give in or be left in the dust.
