When you type *#*#4636#*#*, it shows that video Calling is provisioned. And it shows up in phone settings. But, it doesn't show up when making a call, or during a call. What's up with that?

It should only show up if another person is on Verizon LTE and has a video calling capable phone.

Has it showed up for you? I will do some testing today with another Verizon user.

I don't have anyone on Verizon with video calling capable phone in my contacts, but others reported it worked. See here for example Google Pixel & Pixel XL on AT&T - Page 2
On VZ: All advanced features work, including video calling, WiFi calling, etc.
On T-Mo: Video calling is inconsistent, but this may be a network issue. WiFi calling, VoLTE, HDV all work.
On ATT: No, nada, nunca, nyet
Another requirement is that person should also have VoLTE enabled.

You are correct sir. It does show up when calling a Vzw user with it also turned on. Shame it doesn't work across carriers.

Where exactly in Settings is showing up, Phone settings? just asking because when you take a look at that thread on the link the guy mentioned that he tested this with Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T. I'm on T-Mobile and when I enter to the menu my Video calling is off, I turn it on but it won't stay on, it always go back to off, so I never see it on the Settings, but I'm wondering how did this guy test it with T-mobile if i can't simply keep it on.

It should work across carriers in the future. Verizon and AT&T promised it this year: Verizon, AT&T offering interoperable VoLTE to some customers | FierceWireless I wouldn't hold my breath though, because they already missed their previous deadline, which was the end of 2015.

@erasat In the dialer settings under calls. See the screenshot in post #4 here.
