Yup, you have a choice of either Meet or built in Carrier Video Call (not sure what that is, and I think its Samsung version of it)

You can always flash to the carrier firmware

This is very reason I went with Carrier firmware instead of unlock (there isn't any bloatware that ATT loaded) And all ATT apps can be remove at anytime.

As of late none of the AT&T that I got from Samsung has bloatware.

Yup, that's why I went with AT&T instead of unlocked this time around.
