Video camera app that can record external sound ??

I have bought a Irig2 (IK Multimedia | iRig 2 - Guitar interface adapter for iPad, iPhone iPod touch, Android and Mac.) so I can get external sound from my mixer/2 turntables into the phone in a good quality.

But the normal build-in video app don´t record sound from the headphone jack-plug,it only records thru the normal microphone,which records all sound in the room etc.

Does anyone know an app that will record both video and audio,so I can record my mixes on the phone and share/upload them to Youtube etc.

I´ve tried the Facebook LIVE feature and it basically does what I want..but I cant save the video on phone.

I´m using a Huawei P9 Lite with Android Nougat.

This one claims to record audio from any source. I haven't tried a wired mic, but it is three only one I've found that can use audio via a Bluetooth headset. This is a link to the paid version, which is currently on sale, but there is a free version.

Looks interesting, however with a "last update" date of December, 2015, I would be a bit concerned about compatibility with newer cameras and/or OS versions.

I don't worry so much about updates. 9 times out of 10, it'll not be an issue. It's a popular and well respected app, and I'd be more concerned with apps that constantly update (because it usually means bad programming in the first place).

Right, I get that - but cameras have gone through a couple of generations of changes in the past 20+ months plus new OS's have totally revised the way permissions are granted. And, in the reviews, there are a number of complaints about it not working with various Samsung phones; perhaps others as well.

Well it worked fine on my V20, so no complaints here. I can't speak to other phones, though.
