Hello. I have a Samsung A10 and every day my videos, stored in the internal memory, get cancelled. How is that possible? Are there any "rules" about backupping media files?

Thank you and happy holidays

What do you mean they get cancelled? Are you talking about the backup process for the videos?

Every day videos get cancelled from internal memory. It seems to be due to a sort of automatic cancellation of medias. This is not the same for photos.
Then I think there is a setting that enables/disables cancellation of videos to save space, but I don't find it anywhere. I have avira antivirus and ccleaner, that could be responsible for that issue.
Do you have any suggestion?
Thank you

So by "cancelled," I'm assuming you mean that they get automatically deleted, correct? Are these videos taken by your Camera app, or did you download them from the web? If the latter, what directory are the videos in -- the /Download directory?

That definitely should not be happening. Use a file manager to look directly in the /DCIM/Camera directory -- can you see the actual video files there?
