Video Chat not working as Advertised? -both user on "4G" network

Anyone actually able to use, on a regular basis, the video chatting with both user over the "4G" network.

regardless of what app i use, its basically has been useless.

request not going through, dropping, weak audio, etc -regardless of having great signal and good speedtest.net result prior to trying to use the video chat.

Is T-Mobile really being up front with supporting this feature over their "4G" network?
 
It works but not on a regular basis. I find that it works more often in the morning but not so much in the afternoons or at night.

Works every time with my gf's. We video chat all the time through Qik with no issue. We're in the NJ/NYC area though. You sure you're actually in a 4g area?
 
My experience with video chat has been wonky. When I got my and my wife's phone one of the first things I did was setup qik and try the video chat feature. It did not work on 4g or wifi. Called support and they just told me to do a factory reset. I said what the heck and did it. Now it works..not great but it didnt before at all.
