Video Choppy when uploaded to Facebook!?

I have my phones video mode (rear cam) set to the highest setting. When i record say a 30 second video it plays back crystal clear on my phone, when i upload it to Facebook its choppy and somewhat blurry, am i doing something wrong? I see other peoples phone videos on Facebook that seem to be very clear. A friend of mine has the Note 5 also and he has the same problem, i would expect better quality but maybe its a Facebook thing?

It's a Facebook thing. I get it whenever I upload from my laptop. I think Facebook is optimizing the video since it plays normally in a few hours.

All video looks great on the phone and looks like crap if I send it anywhere. It's an owing the heck out of me. If you find the fix let me know. I don't think it's a Facebook issue at all.

Thats the prob, even after a few hours/days it still looks choppy, i have my video set to the highest setting also :/
