Photos uploaded to Facebook/Instagram

[Android Central Question]

Any updated workaround about the quality of photos uploaded to Instagram and Facebook?

Got the S23 Ultra took some photos came out great but then became blurry and crappy when uploaded to Facebook and Instagram. (Upload HD is ON in settings)

Any 2023ish workaround ?

Are you uploading from gallery to Facebook/Instagram app?
