i don't know if this is a new thing on s25 aka normal and i just notice recently when you add a story and click on camera is there supposed to video effects notification shows up saying running in background before you click on camera or what

If you have the option enabled, yes. (Settings/Advanced Features/Video Effects). You can toggle that on/off and it'll tell you which apps the feature is available. It's a built-in filter, basically, and it's in addition to each app's own.

ok just checking i didn't pay attention until past week i guess leave it like it is
