Video enhancer problem

So I'm coming from the note 10+, so I've noticed with the Note 20 ultra, that the video enhancer is very slight (YouTube) ..where on note 10+ it was a big difference. Is this only my phone or is this just normal. Like I do notice a brighter netflix..but not so much on YouTube.

I've noticed it does seem they've toned down the how bright apps get when video enhancer is enabled.

No but after years of using nothing but Note devices [well there was that Note 7 fiasco when I had to slum with a S8], I know there will be an update about a month or 2 after the initial release. On another note, I have absolutely no problems with my Note 20 Ultra.
