Video format

I heard there was a small third party patch you could load onto an Incredible to keep it from converting the video it takes from its native mp4 to the other format (not sure why it converts it that way in the first place). Is there anything like this for the Droid?

When you finally give up get Amerisoft's converter standard. Then you can do it yourself painlessly. I already tried all the freebee's and they suck dog water.

That is good to know, thanks! I have also tried a few free ones and nothing is really very easy to use, and I am always afraid of losing quality.
