hey everyone. I jumped from an iPhone 11 pro max to the 20 ultra. Loving this phone and display but a minor issue

When I'm watching videos on Facebook and holding the phone normal when I try to go full screen the entire screen goes grey and it usually freezes or sometimes ill watch it holdkng the phone wide-screen and part of the image is darkened and the other half the normal image. Is this a phone issue or a normal for Samsung galaxies

Is this in the FB app or in your browser? If it's in the app, try in your browser and see what happens.

Its the app 120hz. Browser seems fine

That doesn't sound like a normal Samsung issue. I don't have it on my S10+ So when you are using the browser to watch the videos fullscreen they play without distortion? Is there an update available for your YouTube app?
Have you tried using the app at 60Hz? Do you have the same problem?

Its the app 120hz. Browser seems fine

I saw another user having a separate issue with FB that was different to what you're having, but also on the Ultra. Must be something up with the app. May have to wait for an update. You can try 60hz to see if that fixes the issue.

I have no issues watching videos from the FB app at 120hz. Maybe try clearing app cache and data and relog into the app.
