Video Playback problems?

I've been reading on this forum about the video playback errors on peoples' honor 8 devices - causing a reboot to correct for a few hours. Has anyone found a fix for this other then restarting every few times it happens?

Has anyone with the phone not yet come across this issue?

And is there a way for Huawei to see this thread and address this issue?
