Video recording error: Warning - Recording Failed

Apparently with no reason, my Note 3 will refuse to record videos, regardless storage location and video size.
I wonder if some configuration settings in the phone got corrupted. (4.4.2 kernel KST, build ND3, baseband NC2). The phone is rooted, has CWM recovery installed + Exposed & Wanam.
Would rather inspect any possible solution avoiding phone reset.
Any chance?

Are you able to record video using another app? Instagram perhaps? A 3rd party camera app?

Dang it! Then I'm afraid there's something wrong with your OS. Maybe the ROM or 'hacks' you applied?
