I believe if the video was taken while the card is mounted it is already on the card

That's what I thought too. I'm using video live wallpaper and it only shows videos I've downloaded, not videos I've taken.?

If it's on your device you can move it using astro from the market or mount to your computer and move it.

I would move the video to the same file with the ones you downloaded.

Thats odd , doesnt the Dinc have like less then a gig of internal storage?

It actually has 8GB of internal storage, though only about 6.6GB is usable.
